The Vivetus® team strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Depending on your location, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to receive your order. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Returning

Return of products starts with an e-mail to info@vivetus.nl. Please include your name, order date, order number, products and reason for return in the e-mail. Once you have registered a return, we will send you shipping instructions.

When sending products, do not forget to include the packing slip. This is the easiest way for us to process the return. As soon as we have received the parcel in good order, we will transfer the amount back into your account as soon as possible.

Return conditions

  • Should you have received a gift from us, you need to send this along as well;
  • The article must not have been used and the packaging must still be intact;
  • The article must be back with us within 14 days after the date of receipt;
  • The article will be delivered to us in good condition.

We will take care of the shipping costs

  • If you have received the wrong product;
  • The product is defective;
  • The product is beyond its use-by date.
