Information
By subscribing, you will automatically receive recurring deliveries. You choose the delivery frequency when subscribing. Your payment details are stored securely; you will receive an invoice for each delivery.
Minimum Terms
For subscriptions with a price advantage, a minimum term of 5 periods applies. The subscription can be canceled at any time after the minimum term has expired.
Management and Processing of a Subscription
If you have a customer account, you have the option to manage your subscription yourself and view, pause, or cancel it at any time. To do this, log in to your customer account on our website. To access a subscription, the email address of the customer account must match the email address provided when ordering the subscription. All functions for managing the subscription, payment details, or delivery addresses are then available under "Your Subscriptions" in "Customer Service." If you do not have a customer account or have trouble managing your subscription, you can contact us anytime by email at info@vivetus.nl.
